Fattoria Schiavone has an eye on the future, and an ancient heart. We have been a buffalo company for over 3 generations.
We give a new start to our farm business, including by collaborating with expert partners. We also open up the Pagliara Arsa farm (Cancello and Arnone – Caserta) every day as a sales point for buffalo mozzarella: a place immersed in the surrounding countryside, modern and clean. We have over 500 buffaloes raised in the open air and, now established in our sector, we are registered with the national RIS Bufala association (an association of breeders committed to the welfare of buffalo breeding and its genetic selection).

At the association fair in 2019 held in San Marco Evangelista (Caserta) we won the title of Best Breast in Italy with our buffalo.
Our buffalo won in their category because they are capable of producing over 25 litres of milk in a day.

SINCE 1961

In 1961 my grandfather opened his dairy in Pagliara Arsa, and later the business passed to my father’s family. Finally it came to me, Paolo, and my brother Luigi, and we carry on the family tradition with renewed passion and skills in the dairy sector.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our production focuses on daily processing which is always fresh and of zero km origin. We sell buffalo mozzarella, Fiordilatte, Caciocavallo, Caciotta, Treccine and Pettole with stuffing and one of our specialities, Caciopezzata.

ONE COMPANY, ONE FAMILY

The family management of the dairy means a lot to us: not only the perpetuation of our historical home business, but also knowledge handed down on how buffaloes are raised, how mozzarella and high-quality products are produced, respecting the cattle and the environment.
